Electronic outside PC cabinet. only one RS 232C Serial on PC is required free for interface. It is having advantage of Ease of Commissioning, Maintenance, Calibration, Trouble shooting etc. No any specification requirements of PC cabinet size, nor any ISA or PCI free slot required. Reduced PC related problems, failures etc.
Auto communication port detection on PC.

There will be only power on switch & LED on external panel, All machine connections will be from this external panel.
There will be only serial cable connection from panel to PC.
For UTE Machines Control Valve & Release Valve operation is manual.
PC & its accessories are not in standard scope of supply.

It is essential to measure the elongation of test specimen under load, to have it's mechanical properties. FIE Extensometer Model EM-1 is intendedto serve the above purpose.
 
   
Construction & Application :
   
 
   
This consist of two long knief edges at top, two dial indicators and lower knief edges to actuate the dials. The The bars are pressed against the specimen by means of clamp.
So that the knief edges bite the specimen to avoid any slip. The upper edges are adjustable to provide different guage length for measurement. As deformation takes place the lower knief edges transfer the movement to the dial guages and the deformation of specimen is shown on dials, so that the change in length of specimen by 1/100mm, equals to one division of the graduation on dial.

EE2 extensometer requires electronic signal conditioning PCB to with UTM electronic panel.
